Complimentary standard manual wheelchairs are stationed at Gate 1 (Main Monument Security Plaza) and Shrestha Bharat Bhavan Information Desk. Available on a first-come, first-served basis upon depositing a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport), which is safely returned upon wheelchair return.

To eliminate the long walk from Gate 1 to the statue base, SVPRET operates a state-of-the-art 800-meter covered moving travelator. Equipped with continuous handrails, emergency brake switches, and shaded rest pergolas with wooden benches every 100 meters, allowing elders to rest as needed.

Visitors aged 60+ and differently-abled guests with wheelchairs have access to a dedicated priority boarding lane at the core elevator shafts. To eliminate lift wait times completely during peak weekends (when regular lift queues hit 60–90 minutes), we strongly recommend upgrading to the Express VIP Pass (₹1,100).
🛺 Electric Golf Carts in Spoke Attractions
For expansive spoke attractions like the 375-acre Sardar Patel Zoological Park (Jungle Safari), battery-operated golf carts operate continuously for nominal per-seat fares (~₹100/seat). Private full-day golf carts can also be reserved via SVPRET for ₹5,000/day.

Baby prams and strollers are 100% permitted across all open campus paths, travelators, the museum concourse, and the 153m Viewing Gallery deck. Note that prams must be folded when boarding the internal electric shuttle buses.
While outside food is strictly prohibited across the monument security checkpoint, CISF makes explicit exceptions for baby feeding milk bottles, infant formula, baby cereals, and medical dietary requirements.

Instant healthcare response, trained paramedics, and medical stations across the campus.
Staffed by qualified medical officers with oxygen concentrators, automated external defibrillators (AED), basic medications, and resting beds. Located adjacent to the CISF security screening bay.
Two fully equipped Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances are permanently stationed on the monument perimeter, ready for rapid transfer to the Ekta Nagar Sub-District Hospital (5 km) if emergency hospitalization is required.
During warm summer and midday hours (March to June), multiple air-conditioned cooling stations and free cold drinking water kiosks (RO purified) are positioned along all major walkways.
